When and How Will the World End Dog Canary Bird whisperer How to Beat Depression
Be the Pack Leader: Use CESAR'S WAY to Transform Your Dog . . . and Your Life
The Dog Whisperer first began in 2004 by the National Geographic Channel. Cesar Millan stars in the show rehabilitating and training dogs. Most of the dogs he works with are problem dogs that are aggressive, spoiled or neurotic. Dogs who are so threatening that the owners have no choice but to put them down until Cesar in the Dog Whisperer comes to the rescue. Neurotic dogs whose behavior becomes extremely disruptive to the family will find this program extremely helpful and prevent the dog ending up in the pound.
Cesar Millin in Dog Whisperer uses methods of rules, boundaries and limitations. The dog learns that the human is the pack leader and to submit to the leader. Cesar trains the dog owner and the dog.
Cesar owns 50 dogs who can all get along peacefully even though they are typically violent types like Rottweilers, Pit Bulls and German Shepherds.
The show usually starts with the misbehaved dog being featured. The dog owners might show home movies of the dogs bad behavior and describes the difficulties they have with their dog. Cesar Millian then shows the owner how they can change their dog's behavior with a few simple rules. The owner usually needs more training then the dog.
My husband and I had a bad dog experience where the local community would not keep an aggressive German Shepherd fenced or contained. It was a threat not only to us but to others including children. We finally (with help from some other neighbors) convinced the owners to tie the dog up, which possibly prevented a terrible tragedy. How we wished the dog owners had the training that Dog Whisperer would give them, but unfortunately it didn't happen and the dog was eventually was given away where it may harm someone in its new home.
The Book "Cesar's Way" includes Cesar Millan's Top 5 Tips for Going to the Dog Park. Find this book and photos at:
Dear Dog Whisperer Fans,
I am writing to you in behalf of your Heavenly Father. He is seeking you like a lost sheep. You remember the Bible story? It is about a shepherd who has 100 sheep. But when he brings the sheep home one night, one is missing. He then leaves the 99 sheep and goes out into the wilderness until he finds that lost sheep.
In this parable the shepherd goes out to search for the one lost sheep-the very least that can be numbered. So if there had been but one lost soul, Christ would have died for that one. To read more click Lost Sheep?
