The TT (tt stands for Table Top) model train has a scale of 1:120. These trains are so tiny that you can set them up almost anywhere. Tiny apartments don't have to keep the train buff from having their model trains chugging around the room.
Just put up a table and turn it into a wonderland with a tiny village, roads, bridges and of course the train. You can have mountains with tunnels and make a tiny fantasy land. Another unique idea is this: I always thought it would be fun to have a track going along the wall in your house. Actually use the wall for your terrain. It would great to have your train go through the wall into the bathroom and entertain the one using it and then pass into another room and so on. You could have painted mountains and villages and you wouldn't need a lot of room.
These tiny TT scale trains are popular in Germany, Eastern Europe and the Untied Kingdom. The United States has a small group that love these trains but as more discover them their popularity should increase. This is also a great model train to build from scratch.
Actually a United States resident, Hal Joyce, invented the TT scale in 1945. Hal was a former auto designer and started his own model train company, H.P. Products. This company offered the TT scale train kits, track and freight cars. These locomotive kits were really popular until the N scale came along, which was even smaller and took a lot of the spotlight away from the TT.
Today you still find the TT scale model trains and these include the tt scale railroad, monorail, trains, collecting, layout and more.

Dear TT Scale Train Fans,
I am writing to you in behalf of your Heavenly Father. He is seeking you like a lost sheep. You remember the Bible story? It is about a shepherd who has 100 sheep. But when he brings the sheep home one night, one is missing. He then leaves the 99 sheep and goes out into the wilderness until he finds that lost sheep.
In this parable the shepherd goes out to search for the one lost sheep-the very least that can be numbered. So if there had been but one lost soul, Christ would have died for that one. To read more click Lost Sheep
